Itinerary
Day 1.- Arrival to LIMA – City tour Lima.
Welcome and reception at the Lima airport, transfer to your selected hotel.
Rest of the day free to enjoy the city on your own.
In the afternoon around 2:00 p.m. we will start the tour of the city of Lima knowing the famous Parque del Amor, delight yourself with the impressive view of the Pacific Ocean, we will also visit other more important tourist attractions such as La Huaca Pucllana (first culture of Lima 200 -700 BC), Bosque el Olivar (Panoramic View). We will enjoy a walk through the historic center of Lima visiting the Plaza San Martin, we will know the architectural beauties of the colonial era such as its churches, the Cathedral of Lima and we will visit the museum of the Catacombs of the Convent of San Francisco.
Overnight in Lima.
Day 2.- Full Day tour Pachacamac – Barranco – Water Fountains and Dinner show
Breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel to start our tour. On the way to the Sacred City of Pachacamac we will pass through one of the most emblematic districts of the City of Lima. Barranco is considered one of the most bohemian districts of the city, the birthplace of great literary writers and singers. Located on the city’s cliffs, it has an impressive view of the Peruvian coast, the scene of one of the bloodiest wars in South America.
Continuing with our tour we will visit the archaeological complex, being more enriching the longer the excursion lasts, more details of the Adobitos complex, the pyramids with a ramp, the streets that unified the sacred city of Pachacámac, the temple Painted, the temple of the Sun and the Acllahuasi or house of the chosen women. Pachacámac is one of the most impressive archaeological sites on the central coast of Peru, located in the Lurín Valley, 31 km from the city of Lima. The place was the settlement of pre-Inca cultures as well as the Inca culture, which venerated Pachacámac, the creator of the world. Pachacámac was considered the most important divinity of the Central coast. We will visit the Site Museum which exhibits archaeological pieces found in different excavations, such as ceramics, textiles and the famous wooden idol that the ancient settlers venerated since before the Inca civilization on the central coast and that with its presence the idol was changed its name to Pachacámac.
After this tour we will leave it in a rest. Of your preference or one where we recommend so that you can have lunch and we will coordinate to pick you up later in the evening.
In the afternoon at 6:00 p.m. we will visit the magic water circuit, a wonderful spectacle of 13 interactive, ornamental and cybernetic fountains full of magic, illusion and fantasy, it holds the Guinness Record as the largest fountain complex in the World in a public park. Continuing with our tour you will live an unforgettable night in a tourist restaurant where you will enjoy a magnificent dinner show, typical Peruvian dances and ending we will see an amazing show of Peruvian Paso Horses.
Overnight in Lima.
Day 3.- Return Home.
Breakfast at the hotel.
On this last day, according to your flight itinerary, you could do one more activity such as visiting one of the museums with the largest collection of ceramic pieces from the pre-Columbian era. Larco Museum Tour (Optional).
According to your flight itinerary, we will transfer you to the Lima airport for your return home.
