TOURS DANIEL have no responsibility and will not make any refund in case of delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, deviations or acts of any government or authority.

Compensation
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent possible TOURS DANIEL E.I.R.L. from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any provision of these Terms.

PROVIDER RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Additional terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. The rate is only guaranteed once the purchase is complete. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if full payment is not received on time.

You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. If you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you booked, which varies by hotel (generally from 24 to 72 hours) prior to your arrival date, you will be subject to a charge equal to that applicable for night rates, tax recovery charges and service fees. In the event that you do not show up on the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights on your reservation, you must confirm your reservation changes with us no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to avoid cancellation. of your reservation.

You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not allow changes or cancellations of reservations once made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. Local hotel sales, use and/or occupancy taxes apply to amounts we charge for our services (service fee and/or facilitation fee) in certain jurisdictions. Actual tax amounts on our services may vary based on rates in effect at the time of your hotel stay.

You cannot make reservations for more than 8 rooms online for the same hotel / dates of stay. If we determine that you have reserved reservations for more than 8 total rooms in separate reservations, we may cancel your reservations and charge you a cancellation fee, if applicable. If you paid a non-refundable deposit, your deposit will be forfeited. If you want to make reservations for 9 or more rooms, you must contact the A specialists at our reservation center or by completing the online group travel form. One of our group travel specialists will investigate your request and contact you to complete your reservation. You may be required to sign a written contract and/or pay a non-refundable deposit.

Some hotel providers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay. Said deposit is not related to any payment

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist and other) are in order and all other requirements are met entry abroad. Tours Daniel has no special knowledge of entry requirements or foreign travel documents. We urge customers to review travel bans, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by relevant governments before booking travel to international destinations.

Passport and Visa: you must consult the corresponding Embassy or Consulate to obtain this information. Requirements may change and you should check updated information before you book and depart. We do not accept any responsibility if you are denied entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and proper passport, visa or other travel documents required by any airline, authority or country, including countries where you may be transiting This includes all stopovers made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or the airport.

Health: Vaccinations recommended for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain recommended vaccinations, take all recommended medications, and follow all medical advice related to your trip.

Disinfection: Although not common, most countries reserve the right to disinfect aircraft if a threat to public health, agriculture, or the environment is perceived. The World Health Organization and the International Civil Aviation Organization have approved the following disinfection procedures: (1) spray the aircraft cabin with an aerosol insecticide while passengers are on board or (2) treat the interior surfaces of the aircraft with a residual insecticide while the passengers are not on board.

Disputes and jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and arbitrations located in Peru for the resolution of any dispute.

To give us the opportunity to resolve any dispute between you and us arising out of or in any way related to the Website, these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, any services or products provided, any dealings with our customer service agents , or any statement made by us (“Claims”), you agree to communicate your Claim to Tours Daniel by contacting us via email or telephone. You agree not to file a lawsuit or initiate arbitration proceedings until 60 days after the date you reported your Claim to Customer Service. If we are unable to resolve your Claims within 60 days, you may seek relief through arbitration or in small claims court.
